Starting on December 5, 2022 and every week until January 3, 2023 customers will be able to obtain a different clue, four in all, to find the treasure chests in the 'Alhama, qué gran tesoro' treasure hunt.
The Alhama de Murcia Town Council, the Alhama Business Association (Asociación de Comerciantes de Alhama) and the Abentia company have launched the new initiative to promote trade for the association members in the municipality this Christmas.
A trip to Disneyland Paris, valued at almost 2,000 euros, and a cruise for two adults and two children, valued at almost 4,000 euros, are the spectacular prizes offered this festive season.
To join in the hunt, customers need to collect four clues that will lead to the location of one of the two chests.
The first treasure chest contains a trip to Disneyland Paris for two adults and two children valued at almost 2,000 euros, and 20-euro shopping vouchers to spend in association stores for a total amount of 750 euros.
The second treasure chest contains a cruise trip for two adults and two children valued at almost 4,000 euros, and 20-euro shopping vouchers to spend in association stores for a total amount of 750 euros.
To obtain the clues, customers must make purchases in the associated establishments of Comerciantes de Alhama de Murcia.
In total there are four clues that will be released week by week during the month of December. It is at the discretion of each business if it establishes a minimum purchase amount to obtain the clue.
Once the four clues have been gathered, a final clue and password will be posted on January 2 through social networks and media to decipher all the leads, this will provide the whereabouts of one of the treasure chests. The first person to go to the shop on January 3 where they think the chest is, if successful, will win the prize.
With this initiative, which gives a new spin to the traditional Seasonal promotion, the businesses of Alhama de Murcia want to promote trade in the association establishments and entertain their customers this Christmas.
