Andalucía weekly weather forecast July 7-10: Sunshine and sizzling inland temperatures, with a few coastal breezes
A hot and settled week ahead across much of Andalucía

Monday July 7

Skies will be mostly clear across the region, though you might spot some early morning low cloud around the Strait of Gibraltar. During the afternoon, expect a build-up of cloud over the sierras, especially in the eastern parts. Temperatures are on the rise again, and it will be a scorcher in places like Córdoba and Jaén. Winds will be light and variable across most of the region, but a moderate westerly breeze will pick up around Tarifa.
Tuesday July 8

Another bright and sunny day is on the cards, with some early low cloud likely along the Mediterranean coast and in the western third. Afternoon cloud will once again develop over the sierras. Maximum temperatures are expected to dip slightly overall, although it will still be hot inland. Minimums will also fall slightly along the coast. Seville and Granada can still expect very warm conditions. Winds will stay light and variable.
Wednesday July 9

Most areas will enjoy slightly cloudy or clear skies again, with some morning low cloud around the Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines. On the Atlantic side and in the eastern interior, temperatures will climb once more, while elsewhere they should hold steady. Expect a bit more of a breeze along the Costa del Sol and in Cádiz, with light to moderate easterlies, while winds remain mostly light inland.
Thursday July 10

No major surprises to end the forecast period, with continued sunshine and a bit of afternoon cloud in the eastern sierras. There will be some patches of morning low cloud along the coast too. Maximum temperatures will drop slightly along the Atlantic side but remain unchanged elsewhere. Huelva and Almería will stay warm but not unbearable. A westerly wind will freshen along the Atlantic coast in the afternoon, while the rest of the region sees light and variable conditions.
It’s classic July weather really, hot, dry and mostly sunny, so keep the water bottle topped up and the fan close by.
