With music and costumed folk dancing from the Grupo Folklórico Villa de Alhama

Alhama de Murcia offers a free entry performance of traditional costumed Murcian folk dancing and music on the evening of the 25th January 2020 in honour of Saint Blas, the patron saint of sore throats amongst other things!!!

18:00.Blessing of the breads of san Blas in the Iglesia de la Concepción

20:00. Children and adolescents folkdancing festival "For Saint Blas". Venue: The Teatro Cine Velasco. See top of page for maplink. Entry free of charge.

This year the following folkdancing groups are participating in the event:

- Grupo de Coros y Danzas Nuestra Señora de las Lágrimas

- Peña Huertana La Picaza (Cabezo de Torres)

- Coros y Danzas De Zarandona (Murcia)

- Grupo Folkórico Virgen de Los Ángeles (Ciudad Real)

- Grupo Folklórico Villa de Alhama (Alhama de Murcia).
