For a true celebration of local craft and culture, the Traditional Farmers Market, coming to the picturesque Glorieta de Águilas this Sunday March 16, is not to be missed.
In collaboration with the Department of Culture, the Águilas Tradition and Folklore Association is organising this exciting event, featuring the Region’s finest artisans who produce high-quality goods on a small scale.
At this edition of the market, there will also be a book presentation for ‘Cosicas Dulces y Alguna Salada’ (‘Sweet Things and Some Savoury Ones’) by the author María Pérez Pallarés taking place at 12 noon, followed by a tasting of tapas products.
Throughout the day, exhibitors will showcase their wares from 9am to 3pm, offering a diverse range of products that are sure to delight. You’ll also have the chance to watch live demonstrations, giving you a glimpse into the skill and craftsmanship that goes into creating these unique items.
