ARCHIVED - Locations in Águilas that you have to visit; a new initiative from Águilas tourism
The tourism department will be publishing information daily about the attractions of the municipality
Starting today at five o’clock, the department of tourism of Águilas Town Hall is launching a new project entitled “Lugares de Águilas que tienes que visitar”; (Locations in Águilas that you have to visit).
Each day a new informative dossier will be published containing photographs and text about interesting museums, monuments and locations within the Águilas municipality.
Councillor Ginés Desiderio Navarro, explained that the initiative “is so that once the Covid-19 pandemic has concluded, the residents themselves can visit these locations along with their friends and family and understand a little more about their own heritage and municipality when showing these places of interest to others.”
The texts will be simple, straightforward and accessible, and in some cases include information about historical figures associated with the locations.
The information will be published in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram daily at 5pm in the social networks and social media profiles of the municipal tourist board:
Facebook: @AguilasTurismo
Twitter: @Aguilas_Turismo
Instagram: aguilas_turismo
Full information in English about places to vist can be found in the English language webpage : www.aguilastoday.com.
