The first ITV motor vehicle roadworthiness testing centre in Alhama, in the Las Salinas industrial estate, opened this week to offer its services mainly to residents in the town and in the neighbouring municipalities of Librilla and Totana.
The establishment run by ITEVEMUR is located at Nº 11, Avenida de Bélgica, is staffed by six people and opens to the public on weekdays from 9.00 to 13.00 and 16.00 to 19.00, as well as on Saturdays from 9.00 to 13.00. There are two inspection lines able to cater for all types of vehicle including tractors and other agricultural vehicles, motorbikes and mopeds as well as cars.
This is the fifth ITEVEMUR ITV testing centre in the Region of Murcia, the others being located in Avenida Mariano Rojas in Murcia, the Cabezo Baeza industrial estate in Cartagena, in Molina de Segura and in Jumilla. Nationwide the network includes 70 centres in 10 of Spain’s 17 regions.
