ARCHIVED - Every Tuesday and Friday volunteers needed for dog walking at the Mazarrón Perrera
Helping the Perrera dogs
Now that the region has entered phase 3, volunteers are needed to walk the dogs at the Mazarrón municipal dog pound, the Perrera, and of course, anyone who would like to adopt a dog would also be very welcome as the Perrera is full of dogs of all sizes desperate to find a loving home.
Direstions: Traveling northbound on the RM 3 from Puerto de Mazarrón to Alhama, leave at junction 20 (near to the Mazarrón Conntry Club). Turn left over the motorway bridge, at roundabout turn right into the via de servicio. Carry on past the lorry Park (on your left). When you see the wooden chalets, that is the perrera. You will see volunteers cars.
Going southbound on the RM3, leave at junction 20 signposted urbanization country club/ El Pareton. Turn right directly into the via de servicio.
Follow directions as above.
