Camposol, Mazarrón - Murcia

The Camposol Urbanisation is located in the open countryside of the Saladillo pedanía, within the municipality of Mazarrón, and the Southwest of the Region of Murcia.

Whilst enjoying views of the surrounding agricultural campo and the Sierras of Espuña and Moreras, it is only a 10-minute drive from the town of Mazarrón and 35 kilometres of unspoilt beaches, with the towns of Alhama and Totana also offering excellent shopping, facilities and services.

The development itself is established and extensive, 5000 completed homes on four different sectors, offering a wide choice of property to suit all budgets, with substantial detached properties including secondary apartments and underbuilds through to low maintenance duplex accommodation without gardens,suitable properties for full time residents or those who prefer a holiday apartment in a safe and populated environment.

And the community is truly multicultural: although the population is predominantly British, there are a good number of Europeans and Spanish, with around 3500 permanent residents.

Where is Camposol?

Camposol lies within the municipalityof Mazarrón and the Region of Murcia. It is a 25 minute drive from the new International Airport at Corvera and well connected to arterial routes across the Region of Murcia and Costa Cálida.

Alicante airport is approximately a one hour drive and San Javier airport in the Mar Menor about a half hour drive.

The urbanisation is a 10 minute drive from Mazarrón town and 15 minutes from either Alhama de Murcia or Totana, with good connections to major coastal arterial routes. The nearest railway station is at Totana.
