Andalucía weekly weather forecast April 7-10: Sunshine to start, showers to end
A mostly calm start to the week with mild spring sunshine, before cloud and rain creep in by Thursday
After a settled start to the week across much of Andalucía, things look set to turn a little more unsettled as we head towards Thursday. Expect a mix of sunshine, light cloud and warm temperatures in the early days, but by the end of the period we could be seeing more cloud cover and patchy showers, especially in inland and mountainous areas.Monday April 7
Andalucía weather forecast, Monday April 7The week kicks off on a quiet note with mostly clear skies and some patchy cloud developing over the mountain ranges around Granada and Jaén during the afternoon. Temperatures will be pleasant and creeping upwards, particularly inland, with light and variable winds keeping things feeling mild.
Tuesday April 8
Andalucía weather forecast, Tuesday April 8A similar picture on Tuesday, with plenty of sunshine around, especially in coastal spots like Malaga and Almería. Early and late in the day, some low cloud and light fog may roll into parts of inland Albacete Andalucía up near Albacete. Temperatures remain warm for this time of year, and winds stay light, generally coming in from the east.
Wednesday April 9
Andalucía weather forecast, Wednesday April 9Still largely settled, though inland towns such as Córdoba and northern Seville may see a little more cloud through the afternoon and the odd light, scattered shower can’t be ruled out. Winds continue to be light, and temperatures should hold steady.
Thursday April 10
Andalucía weather forecast, Thursday April 10Things begin to change on Thursday as more cloud builds in from the south and spreads northwards. Showers are expected to become more widespread, especially around hilly areas, and some could be heavier by late afternoon. It’ll still feel fairly mild, but maximum temperatures may dip a little. Winds will pick up slightly, with moderate gusts from the south or southeast.
All in all, it’s a pleasant and spring like start to the week, with plenty of sunshine to enjoy. But keep an eye on the skies towards Thursday – an umbrella might come in handy if you’re heading out for the day!
