The Tourist Information Office is re-opening on Wednesday 24th June and has been fully adapted according to sanitary guidelines prepared by the Spanish Institute of Tourism Quality (ICTE) to ensure maximum safety for users.
The office has provided a full telephone and telematic information service throughout the crisis and will resume its normal presencial summer opening times from June 24th until September 15th as follows:
From Tuesday to Friday between 08.30 and 14.30 and on Saturdays from 10.00 to 13.00.
The same hygiene rules apply for the tourist office as any other municipal office and those visiting the tourist office are asked to wear a mask and use hand sanitiser gel upon entry.
The maximum number of people permitted in the office at any given time is 2, so should the maximum occupancy have already been reached on arrival, users are requested to wait outside.
Another of the security measure being adopted is the elimination of paper printed leaflets. QR codes for all printed material have been created and are available for download onto your mobile phone. Should you specifically require a printed document, please ask at the counter.
The opinion of tourists and visitors is very important, for which reason an online survey has been prepared and visitors are requested to complete this after visiting the tourist office. The QR code can be downloaded from the information booth.
