330,000 euros and with a swimming pool: Discover the new homes being built on La Manga Club
Three new residential areas are under construction on La Manga Club now
As part of the revitalisation of La Manga Club thanks to the high-profile renovation and reopening of its luxury hotel, more than 70 new homes are being built in several new residential areas of the Club.
Property experts at La Manga Club real estate agency Micasamo Realty have already predicted that property prices on the Club will increase as a knock-on effect of the hotel’s opening, and the construction of these new quality homes across three separate living areas underscores the surge in popularity that the golf resort is currently experiencing.
In fact, such has been the success of the Club’s newest real estate developments that Micasamo have already sold several of them off-plan.
Las Acacias
These new build properties include the development of a residential zone called ‘Las Acacias’ next to the football pitches on La Manga Club where the FC Cartagena team trains.
Construction has already begun on the first of the 29 new villas, which will all have their own garden and swimming pool. Prices range from 780,000 euros to 1 million euros for these properties.

El Boulevard
Another property development planned for construction on the resort is ‘El Boulevard’, which will consist of two houses, five flats, 16 business premises and a shopping centre.
While the Las Acacias residential development is already under construction, El Boulevard is still in the planning phase.
Las Orquídeas
Finally, work in starting on the construction of the ‘Las Orquídeas’ apartment block with its own communal swimming pool. There will be a total of 42 apartments in the development, each with either two or three bedrooms and a terrace.
Prices of these apartments start at 330,000 euros.
